Zola Gloss Flat Slab Kitchen

Zola Gloss is a Mastercraft kitchen range for homes that suit a crisp, modern look. The door has a flat slab face, so there are no rails, frames or mouldings to interrupt the run of cabinetry. Instead, the shape of the kitchen, the colour choice and the way light moves across the gloss surface do the work.
The high-gloss polyurethane finish gives the room a brighter, sharper feel. In smaller kitchens, it can help bounce daylight around the space. In larger open-plan rooms, it gives the cabinetry a sleek, architectural presence without needing decorative detail on the door itself.
Zola Gloss can be designed with handles or as a handleless kitchen using an integrated gola rail system. With handles, the hardware becomes part of the look, adding contrast, warmth or a crisp metallic detail against the gloss face.
With the handleless option, the kitchen feels quieter and more continuous. The grip sits behind the top edge of the door or drawer, so the cabinetry reads as a clean run of furniture. This is a strong choice if you want the kitchen to feel simple, calm and easy to live with, especially in a room that opens into dining or living space.
The Zola Gloss door is built on an 18mm MDF core with a high-gloss polyurethane finish. The slab format gives the kitchen its clean, modern character, while the gloss face adds reflection and depth across the room.
The edge colour is finished to match the face, so each door has a neat, complete appearance from the front and sides. The reverse is colour-matched in a softer matte melamine, giving the inside of the door a calmer finish when cupboards are open.
Because the door itself is so simple, the surrounding details matter. The worktop thickness, handle choice, lighting, appliance positions and panel lines all have a strong effect on the finished kitchen. Zola Gloss looks its best when those details are planned cleanly from the start, so the final room feels sharp without feeling cold.
Zola Gloss is available in a focused palette of six popular colours. Lighter shades such as White, Porcelain and Light Grey help reflect daylight and make the kitchen feel more open. These colours work well if you want a fresh, bright room with a clean modern edge.
Darker shades such as Graphite bring more depth and contrast. They can make the cabinetry feel more architectural, especially when paired with pale worktops, warm flooring or textured splashbacks. In the right room, a darker gloss finish can feel bold without closing the space in.
Two-tone designs also work well with this range. A deeper colour on the base units can anchor the kitchen, while lighter wall units keep the upper part of the room feeling open. An island can also be used as the stronger colour choice, giving the layout a natural centre point.
Your worktops and splashback play a big part in how a Zola Gloss kitchen feels. A pale quartz-style surface can keep the room bright and clean, while stone effects, concrete tones or soft veining can add texture against the smooth gloss face.
Lighting is especially important with gloss cabinetry. Under-cabinet lighting can soften the reflection on the doors in the evening, while ceiling lighting keeps the room bright and practical during the day. The right lighting helps the gloss finish feel polished and controlled rather than harsh.
Your Zola Gloss kitchen is not planned around the door alone. We look at the full room – the shape of the space, where the light falls, how you cook, what you need close to hand and how the kitchen connects with the rest of your home.
If your kitchen includes an island, Zola Gloss can give it a strong, clean presence without adding visual clutter. If the room is more compact, the same gloss finish can help the cabinetry feel lighter and more open.
The result is a Mastercraft kitchen with a smooth modern face, practical storage behind every door and a finish that brings light, clarity and a sharp contemporary feel into the room.
