Your kitchen is made to measure in our own British workshop and installed by our own team, so what you see in the design stage is exactly what’s built and fitted in your home.
How your kitchen is designed and delivered
We come to you to begin the process.
A home design visit gives you the space to talk things through properly, with practical guidance on layout, materials, and how the room will come together. You’re working with a designer local to you, with real experience in joinery, building, and kitchen installation – someone who understands how the space will actually be built, not just how it looks on a screen.
Your design is then developed through our main design centre in Liverpool, keeping everything aligned from first plans through to manufacture.
Behind the scenes, your project is managed through our central system and overseen by our head office team, so each stage follows through properly without gaps or handovers.
From there, everything is handled as one service – design, manufacturing, appliances, worktops, and installation – so you’re not trying to piece it together from different places.

You’re not managing multiple companies or trying to coordinate different trades.
The same team that designs your kitchen is responsible for how it’s built and how it’s installed, which keeps everything consistent from start to finish.

Do you offer free kitchen design consultations across the UK?
Yes, we offer a free, no-obligation design visit at your home. One of our designers will come to you, see the space properly, and talk through your ideas in your own time. There is no pressure and no commitment.
What areas do you cover for fitted kitchen installation?
We cover most of mainland Britain. You can browse the full list of towns and counties on this page to see whether we work in your area. If you are unsure, just get in touch and we will let you know.
Are your kitchens truly bespoke, or do you use standard units?
Every Mastercraft kitchen is made to measure for your home. We do not use standard off-the-shelf units. Your kitchen is designed around your space, your layout, and the way you live in it.
Do you supply and fit kitchens in rural areas and small villages?
Yes. We work in both towns and rural locations. If your address is within our coverage area, we will happily arrange a design visit. The list on this page covers the areas we currently serve.
How long is the typical lead time from design to installation?
Most kitchens take around six to ten weeks from final design sign-off through to installation, depending on materials chosen and scheduling. We will give you a clearer timeline once your design is agreed.
Do you supply kitchens only, or do you also handle fitting?
We offer a complete service from design and manufacture through to full installation, carried out by our own fitters. If you would prefer a supply-only arrangement, we can discuss that too.
What kitchen styles do you design and install?
We design everything from classic shaker kitchens to contemporary slab and handleless styles. Each is available in a wide range of colours, finishes, and materials, all chosen to suit your home specifically.
Can you work around my existing flooring or decor?
Yes. We will look at your existing interior carefully and advise on cabinetry, worktops, and finishes that sit well with what you already have. Good kitchen design should always feel considered within its surroundings.
Are your cabinets made in the UK?
Yes, all of our cabinetry is made in our own UK factory. We use quality materials and traditional joinery methods, which is why we are able to stand behind every kitchen we make.
Do you offer appointments on evenings or weekends?
Yes. We offer evening and weekend appointments where we can, to work around your schedule. When you get in touch, just let us know what works best for you and we will do our best to accommodate it.
What warranty do you offer on your kitchens?
We offer up to 25 years warranty on our cabinets and fittings. That reflects the quality of what we build, and it means you can have genuine confidence in your kitchen for the long term.
