Kitchen Delivery Questions

Delivery times for your kitchen can vary depending on factors such as whether or not you have a special painted finish, bespoke units to manufacture and which appliances are ordered. On average, it can take anywhere from 4 to 12 weeks for a Mastercraft Kitchen to be manufactured and delivered.

It is recommended that someone is present during the delivery to inspect the components, ensure everything is accounted for, and sign for the delivery. This person can be the homeowner or a designated representative.

If you find any missing or damaged items upon delivery, immediately notify the delivery team and your project manager. They will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending replacement items or addressing damages. Most deliveries are made in multi-drops, with some appliances and components being delivered directly to you from our suppliers.

All Mastercraft Kitchens and components are delivered for free.

To ensure smooth delivery, clear a path to the installation area and remove any obstacles, furniture or fragile items. Additionally, protect your floors with drop cloths or cardboard to prevent damage during the unloading and installation process.

After your kitchen components are delivered you will be left with packaging materials such as cardboard, plastic wrap, and foam padding. We always advise that you arrange a skip for a kitchen installation. We do not provide a skip but our installers are happy to fill it for you.
