Mastercraft Kitchens – Design Consultation, Planning & Quotation Terms

1. Eligibility & Scope of Service

1.1 Mastercraft Kitchens provides a design consultation, planning and quotation service for clients seeking a fully bespoke, fully fitted kitchen project delivered by Mastercraft Kitchens.

1.2 All enquiries are subject to review and selection. Submission of an enquiry does not guarantee acceptance into the Mastercraft design process.

1.3 Our service is intended for private residential projects and high-quality domestic developments. Commercial projects, trade supply-only enquiries, and non-aligned projects may be declined.

1.4 Mastercraft Kitchens reserves the right to accept, decline, pause or withdraw any enquiry at its discretion, based on scope, timing, capacity, project suitability, and service alignment.

1.5 Clients must provide accurate information, including room dimensions, layout details, services, and any relevant building information. All designs and quotations are based on the information provided.

2. Design & Quotation Process

2.1 Where an enquiry is accepted, the service may include:

  • A design consultation (in-person or virtual)

  • A bespoke design proposal

  • Visual design material (including 3D layouts where appropriate)

  • A project quotation based on the agreed scope

2.2 Design development is provided as part of a professional design service. Mastercraft Kitchens is not obligated to produce designs, drawings, or quotations where a project is not accepted into the design process.

2.3 Design material is issued for review and discussion only and does not constitute construction drawings unless expressly stated in writing.

2.4 The scope of design development, number of revisions, and level of design detail are determined by Mastercraft Kitchens based on project stage and suitability. Additional design work may be subject to a professional design fee.

2.5 All quotations are indicative until final specification, site verification, and project scope are agreed. Quotation validity periods will be stated on issue.

3. Design Ownership & Intellectual Property

3.1 All designs, drawings, layouts, visualisations, specifications, concepts and associated materials remain the sole intellectual property of Mastercraft Kitchens.

3.2 Design material may not be used, reproduced, shared, copied, transferred, issued to third parties, or used for alternative installations without written permission from Mastercraft Kitchens.

3.3 Use of any Mastercraft Kitchens design for third-party installation, tendering, pricing, or construction constitutes unauthorised use and may result in enforcement action and/or a design licence fee.

3.4 No ownership, licence, or rights are transferred to the client unless expressly agreed in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Clients are responsible for providing accurate information relating to dimensions, services, appliances, structure, access and property conditions.

4.2 Any material changes to scope, layout, specification, or building works may require redesign, re-quotation and re-evaluation of project suitability.

4.3 Clients are responsible for ensuring they have all required permissions, consents and approvals prior to installation.

5. Site Visits, Surveys & Measurements

5.1 Site visits, surveys and technical measurements are provided subject to project acceptance, location, availability and scope.

5.2 Any measurements taken are provided as design guidance and must be verified prior to final manufacture and installation.

5.3 Safe access to site must be provided at all times for any scheduled visits.

6. Limitations & Disclaimers

6.1 Mastercraft Kitchens reserves the right to decline, suspend or withdraw from any project at any stage prior to contract without obligation.

6.2 All design proposals and quotations are subject to change based on site conditions, specification development, structural findings, supplier pricing and project evolution.

6.3 Mastercraft Kitchens accepts no liability for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the client or third parties.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry and engaging with the Mastercraft design process, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
