Mastercraft Kitchens – Free Kitchen Plan, Design & Quote Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility & Scope of Service
1.1 The free kitchen plan, design, and quote service is available to homeowners and property owners looking to purchase a fitted kitchen from Mastercraft Kitchens.
1.2 This service includes an initial consultation, a design plan based on customer requirements, and a no-obligation quotation.
1.3 The free design service applies only to standard domestic kitchen projects and does not extend to commercial properties or highly bespoke architectural projects.
1.4 Customers must provide accurate dimensions, existing layout details, and any relevant information to ensure the accuracy of the design and quotation.
2. Design & Quotation Process
2.1 The free design and quote service includes:
- A consultation (either in-person or virtual).
- A personalised 3D kitchen design (number of revisions may be limited – see 2.4).
- A written quotation valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
2.2 The design remains the property of Mastercraft Kitchens until a purchase agreement is made.
2.3 Any design drawings provided during the free service are for reference only and cannot be used for third-party installations.
2.4 The free service includes one design concept and up to one revision. Additional design amendments may be subject to a design fee.
3. Customer Responsibilities
3.1 Customers must ensure that all information provided is correct, including room dimensions, appliance specifications, and structural details.
3.2 Any significant changes to the project scope after the initial design may require a new quotation.
3.3 Customers should ensure they have the necessary permissions (e.g., from landlords or local authorities) before proceeding with any kitchen installation.
4. No Obligation & Intellectual Property
4.1 The free plan, design, and quote service is provided without obligation to purchase.
4.2 All designs, CAD drawings, and associated materials remain the intellectual property of Mastercraft Kitchens and cannot be used, copied, or shared without written permission.
4.3 If a customer proceeds with a different provider using a Mastercraft Kitchens design, a design release fee may be applicable.
5. Site Visits & Measurement Services
5.1 If an in-home design consultation or measurement service is provided, this is subject to availability and location.
5.2 Customers must ensure safe access to the property for any scheduled visits.
5.3 Any measurements taken by Mastercraft Kitchens are provided as guidance only, and customers are responsible for final site verification before installation.
6. Limitations & Disclaimers
6.1 Mastercraft Kitchens reserves the right to decline or withdraw the free service at any time if it is deemed not suitable or viable.
6.2 The provided quotation is based on the information available at the time and may be subject to changes due to unforeseen factors, supplier price adjustments, or customer modifications.
6.3 While every effort is made to provide accurate designs, Mastercraft Kitchens does not accept liability for any errors resulting from incorrect dimensions provided by the customer.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting a free kitchen plan, design, and quote, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the above terms and conditions.
