Your Kitchen, Designed for Your Fleetwood Home
Whether you live in an inter-war semi, a coastal property or a family house in Fleetwood, your kitchen is designed specifically for your home, the room as it actually is.

A bespoke kitchen design for a Fleetwood home by Mastercraft Kitchens
Designed Around Your Home
Designing a kitchen well starts with the room itself. How the light falls, how you move through the space, how it connects to the rest of the house. Layout and proportions have to be right before anything else is decided. The visual choices, the doors, the finishes, the worktops, all of that follows once the fundamentals are resolved.
Fleetwood has a mix of inter-war semis, coastal homes and family houses, and each brings its own proportions. The ceiling heights, the wall runs, the way rooms sit in the house: these are the things that shape what a kitchen can be. Your kitchen is designed to work within that architecture, not applied over it as if the building were irrelevant.
Alcoves, chimney breasts, sloping ceilings, walls that cannot move: these are all resolved at the design stage. By the time manufacturing begins, every dimension is accounted for and every constraint is already built into the plan. Nothing is left to be figured out on installation day with a saw and a filler strip.
Your kitchen is designed individually, built in our UK workshop, and installed by the same team throughout. One process, one point of responsibility. The person who designs it understands exactly how it will be made, because design and manufacturing sit within the same operation.

Crafted Cabinetry, Built to Last
Your kitchen is made in our own UK workshop, built specifically for your home. Every cabinet arrives on site rigid and fully assembled, not as flat-pack components put together in your kitchen. Factory assembly produces tighter tolerances and a more consistent finish than anything constructed on site from a kit, and that difference shows in how the finished kitchen looks and holds up.
The same standard runs through the whole kitchen, not just the parts you look at every day. Drawer runners, hinges, interior fittings: all specified and finished to the same level as the doors and worktops. The parts you rarely see are built to the same standard as the ones you do. That consistency is what determines how well a kitchen performs after five or ten years of daily use.
Because we make your kitchen ourselves, we are not limited to standard sizes or catalogue configurations. If your room needs an unusual width, a run that fits beneath a sloping ceiling, or a configuration that is specific to your space, we design and build it exactly as required. There is no catalogue to work around.
Your Fleetwood Kitchen Project, Managed from Start to Finish
From your first conversation through to the day your kitchen is handed over, the whole project sits with Mastercraft. Design, manufacturing, installation: one team, one process. You are not left coordinating trades or chasing progress between separate contractors. There are no gaps in responsibility and no handoffs where things get lost. Everything moves forward because one team holds the whole project from beginning to end.
The designers who plan your kitchen understand exactly how it will be built. The team who builds it knows what was designed and why. That continuity makes a practical difference, particularly when your room has unusual features or specific constraints. Nobody arrives on site and looks at your plans for the first time on installation day.
Fleetwood homes vary considerably. An inter-war semi in the town brings different proportions to a coastal house closer to the seafront, and a larger family home brings different considerations again. Your project is treated on its own terms, not adjusted to fit a standard programme drawn up for a different kind of house entirely.
Your cabinetry is manufactured to the exact dimensions of your room, measured precisely before anything is made. When installation begins, everything arrives ready to fit. There are no on-site workarounds to compensate for details that were not properly resolved at the design stage.

Begin Your Kitchen Design
If you are thinking about a new kitchen in Fleetwood, the right starting point is a conversation. No pressure, no hard sell. Just a practical discussion about your home and what you are hoping to achieve. We are happy to talk through it whenever you are ready.
A design consultation means we come to your home, look at the space properly, and talk through what you want your kitchen to be. We look at how the room sits, what is and is not working, and where the real possibilities are. There is no obligation, just a useful conversation to begin from.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does a bespoke kitchen from Mastercraft typically cost?
It varies, and it varies for good reasons. The size of your room, the materials you choose, the appliances you want to include, the level of storage detail: all of these affect the final figure. What we can say is that a Mastercraft kitchen is a considered investment, typically starting in the range that reflects proper design, UK manufacturing and full installation by a single team. The best way to get a realistic sense of cost for your specific project is to start with a conversation. We will give you an honest picture once we understand what your home needs.
How long does the whole process take from first conversation to finished kitchen?
It depends on the complexity of your project, but from the initial consultation through design, manufacturing and installation, most projects run over several months. We will give you a clear timeline once the design is agreed and will keep you informed throughout. There are no surprises.
What happens at the first consultation?
We come to your home and look at the space properly. We talk through how you use your kitchen, what is not working about the existing setup, and what you want from the new one. We look at the room dimensions, the light, how it connects to the rest of the house. It is a practical conversation, not a sales presentation. There is no obligation to proceed.
Can you design a kitchen for a room with awkward features, like a chimney breast, alcoves or a sloping ceiling?
Yes, and this is where bespoke design makes the most difference. Features like these are resolved at the design stage, not on installation day. Because we manufacture everything ourselves, we are not constrained by standard sizes or catalogue configurations. Your kitchen is built to fit your room exactly as it is.
Do you work on larger renovation projects or extensions?
Yes. If your kitchen is part of a wider building project, such as an extension, a rear reconfiguration or a full renovation, having design and manufacturing under one roof is particularly useful. We can work alongside your architect or builder, and because we control the manufacturing process ourselves, we can adapt to changes in the build programme without the complications that come from coordinating multiple separate suppliers. It gives you one fewer moving part in what is already a complex project.
What kitchen styles do you offer?
We work across a wide range of styles, from classic shaker designs that suit the proportions of an inter-war semi particularly well, through to handleless and in-frame kitchens for something more contemporary or more traditional. Because everything is designed and made to order, the style is shaped by your home and your preferences, not by what happens to be in stock.
Where is my kitchen manufactured?
In our own UK workshop. Every cabinet is built there, fully assembled before it leaves, and made to the exact dimensions of your room. We do not outsource manufacturing or buy in flat-pack components. The whole kitchen is made by our own team.
How does installation work and how long does it take?
Our own installation team fits your kitchen. Because they work alongside the people who designed and built it, there are no misunderstandings about what was planned and why. Installation time depends on the size and complexity of your kitchen, but we will give you a clear programme in advance. Your home is treated with care throughout.
Do I need to organise plumbers or electricians separately?
No. We manage the full installation, including the trades required. You are not left coordinating separate contractors or trying to sequence things yourself. One team, one point of contact.
Can I choose my own appliances, or do you supply them?
We can supply appliances as part of your project, and we will advise on what works well in the context of your design. If you have appliances you want to keep or a brand you prefer, we can work around that too. The design accommodates your choices rather than the other way round.
Do you work throughout Fleetwood, or only in certain parts?
We work across Fleetwood and the wider Fylde Coast area. We also cover Cleveleys, Blackpool, Lancaster and the broader Lancashire region. If you are unsure whether we cover your area, just ask.
How do I get started?
Get in touch and we will arrange a time to come and see your home. The first conversation costs you nothing and commits you to nothing. We look at the space, talk through what you are hoping to achieve, and give you an honest picture of what is possible. That is the right place to start.
