Fitted Kitchens Wirral FAQs

1. Do you offer fitted kitchens across the Wirral?
Yes, we cover all areas across the Wirral including Heswall, West Kirby, Caldy, Neston, Bebington and more. Wherever you are on the peninsula, we can design, supply and install your new kitchen.
2. What is included in your full kitchen service?
Our complete service includes kitchen design, in-house manufacturing, delivery, removal of your old kitchen and full installation with all trades managed by us – including plumbing, electrics, plastering and more.
3. How long does a kitchen installation take?
Most projects are completed in 5 to 10 working days. If you’ve chosen quartz or stone worktops, allow an extra 5 to 7 working days for templating and installation. Additional building or plastering work may also extend the schedule, which we’ll confirm in advance.
4. Do you manage the full project?
Yes. Every kitchen is fully project managed from start to finish by our team. You’ll have one point of contact and we handle all trades, deliveries and schedules for you.
5. Do you supply quartz or granite worktops?
Yes, we offer a wide range of quartz, granite and solid surface worktops. We’ll template these after units are installed and return to fit them perfectly – all included in our quote.
6. Can you remove my existing kitchen?
Yes. We remove and dispose of your old kitchen as part of the service. You’ll just need to arrange a skip – we’ll fill it and take care of the rest.
7. Do you supply appliances?
Yes, we supply a wide range of branded appliances and often match or beat retail prices. You can also provide your own and we’ll install them as part of the fitting.
8. Is flooring included?
Yes – we offer flooring such as tiles, LVT, laminate or engineered wood. It can be included in your quote and installed as part of your kitchen fit.
9. Can you carry out building work?
Yes. We can remove internal walls, adjust layouts or carry out other minor structural work. Larger works are subject to a technical survey and additional quoting.
10. Are your fitters Gas Safe and NICEIC registered?
Yes. All gas work is carried out by Gas Safe engineers, and electrical work is done by NICEIC-qualified electricians as part of our team.
11. Do you provide a guarantee?
Yes. Our kitchen cabinets come with a 25-year manufacturer warranty. Installation is guaranteed for 2 years, and appliances are covered by the manufacturer's warranties.
12. What are your payment terms?
We offer stage payments. A deposit is required to book your kitchen, followed by further payments during manufacturing and after completion.
13. Do I need to hire separate tradespeople?
No. We manage everything in-house. Our trusted teams include all the required trades, so you won’t need to coordinate multiple contractors.
14. Can I see kitchen samples before ordering?
Yes. During your design visit we’ll show you samples of cabinetry, colours, handles, worktops and finishes to help you visualise your kitchen.
15. How do I book a design visit?
