These end caps finish off the mid drawer profiles used in handleless rail kitchens, closing the exposed ends of the aluminium rail so the line of the drawer front looks finished rather than cut short. Supplied as a pair, one left hand and one right hand, they fit either side of the profile where it meets the cabinet edge.
