After gaining experience in the specialised kitchen trade, we noticed common issues in the industry, such as pushy sales tactics and limited options for low-quality flat-pack products. We knew there had to be a better way to help families achieve their dream kitchens. That’s why we set out to transform the industry, focusing on quality, choice, and exceptional customer service through our own kitchen company.

At Mastercraft Kitchens, we have always been dedicated to creating dream kitchens for our clients. From the beginning, we focused on designing stunning spaces tailored to individual homes, while manufacturing our own brand of high-quality, rigid-built cabinets to ensure superior craftsmanship.

Our passion for quality and commitment to affordability quickly earned us a reputation for delivering exceptional kitchens at value-for-money prices. In July of this year, the first showroom opened its doors in the prestigious area of Formby, Merseyside – a hotspot for footballers and other sports personalities such as Steven Gerrard, Wayne Rooney, and John Parrott. The showroom offered visitors an immersive experience and was designed to showcase the latest and greatest in kitchen design and technology.

From cutting-edge designs to a complete range of connected appliances, visitors were able to experience the future of kitchens first-hand. It was the perfect place for homeowners to get inspired and plan their dream kitchen with our team of experts.

In November 1999, we opened a second showroom in Warrington, expanding our reach and providing exceptional service and quality products. The Warrington showroom featured new kitchen designs ready for the new Millennium, demonstrating our forward-thinking approach and offering a preview of future kitchen design and technology. This was an exhilarating and memorable period for our business.

In December, we proudly opened our third showroom on the Wirral, Merseyside, expanding our reach to bring exceptional customer service and high-quality products to even more homeowners in the region.

The Wirral showroom was carefully designed to inspire, featuring our most impressive and up-to-date displays yet. From stunning kitchen designs to cutting-edge connected appliances, every detail was crafted to showcase the best of what we offer.

In 2002, we centralised our customer service operations, moving our teams from Warrington and Formby to a purpose-built head office next to our distribution centre in Aintree. This move marked a significant step forward in enhancing the way we connect with our customers.

To keep up with growing demand and ensure we delivered the outstanding service our customers expect, we invested in twelve dedicated digital phone lines and upgraded to high-speed internet. These improvements were essential for managing the increasing inquiries and kitchen orders, enabling us to continue providing the exceptional support that defines Mastercraft Kitchens.

By August 2002, we were proudly supplying and installing around 12 kitchens each day. This achievement was driven by our unwavering commitment to quality craftsmanship and affordability, establishing us as one of the leading providers of stunning, functional kitchens in the region. We took immense pride in knowing our work was transforming homes and enhancing the lives of homeowners across the area.

Thriving on word-of-mouth recommendations, our online business and telephone enquiries began to outpace visits to our showrooms. In the summer of 2012, we launched a dedicated interior design service to offer our customers fully cohesive and beautifully tailored kitchen designs.
