If you’re searching on the internet looking for a great deal on a fitted kitchen I can genuinely say you won’t go far wrong with Mastercraft! From planning to installing I had a very good experience using Mastercraft Kitchens. Like most things in life you tend to get what you pay for, and although Mastercraft weren’t the cheapest quote we had they were no where near the dearest ones. We chose shaker doors in ivory with quartz tops. Great quality units with heavy doors with no twisting or warping. Excellent colour match from door to carcase. A couple of special size units were no problem either side of chimney even though that meant special door sizes. Nice hardware too & we took advantage of a no extra charge offer for soft closing hinges & drawers. A Bosch built in fridge freezer and other appliances were priced to match “Appliances Online’s” prices and Mastercraft fitted them free too. Do not be put off by the INTERNET tag as I have seen these kitchens available under other “Names”  in expensive “Kitchen Studios.” There was a hiccup with the tap but it was sorted efficiently and quickly. I would not hesitate to use again.

Duleek White Kitchen

All the staff were so friendly, yet so professional…..The fitting team and project manager were especially friendly and helpful and so eager to help you with anything you needed, they really made having our kitchen fitted a pleasant and enjoyable experience. The feel and the quality of the cabinets and drawers and the service from the moment I called was so reassuring and make you feel special.

Mastercraft Kitchens  is a luxury kitchen company without the luxury price.  The initial contact, the design, delivery and installation were all very professionally carried out.  The quality of the product is also very high and our finished kitchen is beautiful.  The Mastercraft internet site is also excellent, it’s nicer for us to initially see the kitchen ranges on offer without being hassled as we look around.  Once we made contact the staff were all, without exception, very helpful and professional.  This is our first kitchen from here, but only the beginning of many more no doubt.  I highly recommend the Mastercraft Kitchens company and staff.

Solid Oak Kitchen

We wanted a farmhouse style kitchen with a modern feel in real oak.  We originally had various quotes from different types of kitchen companies ranging from Tesco’s, Magnet, B&Q and two local showrooms. We just didn’t seem to get what we were looking for at the right price. Either too cheap and poor quality or very good quality for a really expensive price, but not many units either.

We nearly gave up on the idea when we googled “fitted kitchens Harrogate” and found Mastercraft on the first page.  We liked the website and asked for a quote.  There was a waiting list of about a week for the designer which we thought was a good sign.

We were very impressed with the design and then the service, quality and the price and now the kitchen looks brilliant. Just what I wanted.

We would recommend highly.

New Jersey Kitchen

We had our kitchen installed last year and I am still very happy with it.  The designer was very helpful and visited me several times before delivery to go through various choices I was undecided on such as handles and worktop colours and visit my builders etc. Nothing was too much trouble. The two fitters, Joe and Jack were cheerful and tidy and very neat.

I kept my AGA, washing machine and dishwasher and although I still love the AGA I wish I had bought the new integrated washing machine and dishwasher at the time.  But Mastercraft have told me they will replace these for me when they eventually conk out and fit new doors etc

I also opted for Mastercraft to tile the walls and floor and they still look great too.

I just thought I would write my review on this company as I’ve seen a couple of others too.  I’ve also put this review on the “reviewcentre.com”  I’m sorry it’s taken me a little while to get round to it.

I had my new kitchen supplied and fitted by them late last year.

I wanted to add my review and give all concerned at Mastercraft a top rating for a truly outstanding job. Right from the get-go, everything went so smoothly.
The quality of the kitchen units and its fitting is absolutely perfect. It still is.

Tom spoke to me everyday making sure everything so far was OK, they even did a few little jobs, like fitting light fittings, putting up a window blind for free and socket fronts while they were here.

They were very skilled and extremely polite, nothing was too much trouble,

I got five quotes for the work and this company came in around the middle, but the kitchen design Steve did and his ideas was far superior to any of the others. I liked the fact they didn’t badger me afterwards with hundreds of pestering calls also.

Since then they have supplied my neighbour with a new kitchen as well as doing all his building and plastering work, and I believe they fitted a couple of uPVC windows as well.
I would say a fantastic team all round and have recommended them to my family and friends.

Mastercraft Black & Walnut Gloss Kitchen

We have spent the last 12 months completely gutting and renovating our large run down Victorian house and have now just finished all the final touches, including the installation of the kitchen. It has been a mammoth task.

We chose Mastercraft to design, supply and fit our kitchen as they were recommended to us by a work associate.

I have to say that we are very pleased with the result and Mastercraft went out of their way to sort out the many problems we faced during the project. The main thing we were impressed with was how they got over the extra high vaulted ceiling issue and the island chimney extractor! Mastercraft helped us out and arranged to have a bespoke chimney flue made specially to fit the extractor, as know one else could come up with a solution.

We were very impressed!! We would highly recommend Mastercraft Kitchens to anyone considering them.

I wanted something different as I was fed up with my really small kitchen and every other company we had out just came up with the same old boring designs, which were just like the layout we already had.

Then Mastercraft’s designer came to see us.  I told him what we were trying to achieve, gave him our budget and he came up with some great ideas straight away. Within the hour he had designed a completely new look on his laptop, which meant knocking a wall down and opening up the kitchen space into the dining room.  Then he designed an island unit where the wall had been with the hob built in and an island chimney hood. I was amazed. This was what I was looking for.

The best bit was that Mastercraft did everything.  They knocked the wall down, changed all the electrics and gas pipes, plastering, tiling, new ceiling and lights. We got an all inclusive job which meant we didn’t have to organise a whole load of different people to get the job done.

The whole house feels different and a lot bigger now.  And our kitchen is a more sociable place and I even enjoy cooking again. Our neighbours are that impressed they are having Mastercraft to do theirs too.

Mayfair Mussell Kitchen

We’re very happy with everything Mastercraft have done for us.  We found the whole process to be professional and very well organised.  Our last kitchen was from B&Q and we didn’t want to go down that road again!!  The difference this time was remarkable. Everything turned up, there were no missing parts, everything was well planned and all the units fitted properly first time round.

I’d just also like to add that the quality of the kitchen is a lot better than we anticipated. The reasonable price we were quoted meant we could up-grade to Neff appliances which is what we really wanted.  The kitchen now looks fantastic and looks like we’ve spent a whole lot more than we actually have.

We are very pleased and would highly recommend your company.

Ohio Oak Kitchen

We had our kitchen installed last July by Mastercraft Kitchens and we are still made up with it.  It’s been a joy to use and it’s now my favourite room in our home.

I really, really love the tall bank of units with the oven and combination microwave, plus hidden integrated appliances and pull-out larders that Steve designed for us. There’s just so much storage space now.

The kitchen was fitted quickly and without fuss and everything went in a dream. I have since had no problems at all either with the quality of the kitchen units, appliances or the workmanship carried out.

We’re so glad we chose Mastercraft Kitchens, out of the four quotes we had Mastercraft came in third place in terms of price, (the top quote was just ridiculously high) but they came in first place in terms of the overall best value.

Have just had our kitchen redesigned and fitted through Mastercraft Kitchens. They were helpful, affordable, prompt, and kept in touch throughout the buying and installation process. I would highly recommend them.

Was especially impressed by the two fitters. They were always on time and friendly. They were also tidy, quick and very customer service orientated. The kitchen now looks great and I couldn’t be happier.

From start to finish Mastercraft have delivered exactly what they said they would. Apart from the units being of high quality materials I always think its the person actually fitting it that really shines through in the end result. The fitters were very skilled and you could tell they really cared about their job. Needless to say Tony and Dave the fitters were brilliant. They were flexible, and extremely hard workers (7 X 8 hour days with minimal breaks) plus sorted a few issues quickly and without any bother. Very friendly chaps, great craftsmen and end result looks superb. We are very happy customers and would highly recommend Mastercraft Kitchens.

White Shaker Kitchen

After a recent trip to America I was inspired by the extra tall floor to ceiling kitchens that I saw and began searching for a company who could create the same look. I particularly wanted extra tall glass units, like I had seen. To my surprise it took me a long time to find someone who could offer what I was looking for. Most kitchen companies only sell standard size units!! I didn’t realise how hard it was going to be.

I found that Mastercraft was not only the only company who could offer what I wanted without costing an absolute fortune, but they were so easy to deal with too. Nothing was too much trouble and the designer understood my vision straight away.

They arrived when they said they would, they finished on time and I am so pleased with my new kitchen. I can’t keep out of it!!  I was looking for something a bit special and I got it.  Give my sincere thanks to everyone involved at Mastercraft.

Great workers! Punctual and reliable! Nothing was too much trouble!  Joe is a very skilled conscientious worker and Jacks personality – cheerful friendly – musical ??  Which helped us get through the blitz of having a new kitchen fitted.

We chose Mastercraft Kitchens for three reasons. Firstly because they came up with the best layout, secondly because they were able to complete all the work required in-house and thirdly because we were given a very competitive price.

Being in busy jobs, we didn’t want to be worrying about organising separate plasterers, tilers, electricians or central heating engineers. I just wanted someone I could trust to do the job properly. Mastercraft gave me that confidence.

I can honestly say that I have been very impressed with all the work that has been carried out. The kitchen now looks perfect and any small niggles we had were sorted out very quickly.

We are very pleased and will highly recommend Mastercraft Kitchens.

I am very pleased with everything that has been done by Mastercraft Kitchens.  I made the initial contact at 11 o’clock at night on the sales number and was surprised that it was answered by a real person! Also I found that  the designer was very friendly and not pushy at all.

The overall job took three weeks, which included completely gutting our kitchen back to the brickwork and starting over.  We had a wall knocked through, new wiring and plumbing, re-plastering and a new gas supply to the hob. Along with a new shaker style kitchen and granite worktops, upstands and hob back splash. All the work was carried out by Mastercraft efficiently and with a minimum of mess and disruption.

The price was very competitive and I feel I have had great value for money. I would highly recommend anybody thinking of purchasing a new kitchen to try Mastercraft Kitchens.

Handleless Lissa Oak

There are some nice kitchen showrooms near my home in Huddersfield and after visiting them and after much debate decided to re-do my kitchen. To my disappointment however I found that all the quotes I received were way over my budget. I had nearly given up on the idea when I discovered Mastercraft Kitchens on Google search. I called them up and within three days my kitchen was no longer a pipe-dream and I had ordered from them.

I was a bit apprehensive after ordering and wondered whether I had done the right thing, especially when the other companies kept telling me I should only order from a local showroom!  But I needn’t have been and soon realised it was sour grapes on their part – my worries where unfounded and I now own a beautiful made-to-measure kitchen.

What impressed me the most was how Steve my designer managed to hide away all my appliances into such a small space, including an extra tall fridge, dishwasher and washing machine.

Mastercraft Kitchens have certainly done me proud on this kitchen.

We wanted a clean modern look for our holiday home in Abersoch and had several designs and quotes from local companies and from national companies. Mastercraft Kitchens not only came in with the most competitive price but also with, what we thought, was the best use of space, without cluttering the room with too many units.

We sourced our own appliances from the internet and Mastercraft fitted them and also replastered all the walls and ceiling which was originally fully tiled and old fashioned.

We are really happy with the result and really like the two tone colour suggested by Mastercraft’s designer which draws your eyes into the hob area. We would recommend Mastercraft Kitchens to any one without hesitation.

I wanted someone who could do the whole job, new ceiling, new lighting, flooring, plastering and quartz worktops.  I had a few quotes from local companies first and had a couple of different designs. I decided to choose Mastercraft as my sister had had a quote from them last year and was impressed, although she never went ahead at the time with her kitchen. She still hasn’t had her kitchen yet!  She was waiting for me to go first I think!

Any way I am delighted with my kitchen, it’s exactly everything I was told it would be by the salesman.

I had a concern with one of the upstands in the quartz which didn’t quite match the rest, but this was soon changed. And when I noticed another mark on the window cill, which was quartz,  that was also changed without any bother too.

I particularly like the symmetry of our new Rangemaster cooker and the cleanness of the handleless kitchen design.

Just had my kitchen fitted by Mastercraft and we’re very happy with both the product and the workmanship.  The kitchen fitter was such a nice guy and was really helpful when we changed our minds over a few things.  I was really shocked too at how much I got for my money, especially after all the really expensive quotes I had been getting elsewhere!  The design is excellent and really looks stunning and up to date.  After seeing my brand new kitchen my sister wants to place an order with you too.  Thanks again.

I am thrilled with my new Mastercraft kitchen.  I really can’t believe I’m still  in the same house.  Steve provided an excellent service and nothing was too much trouble.  He came up with lots of really good ideas that I hadn’t thought of.  My kitchen was planned out on his laptop so I could see what my kitchen would look like before I ordered.  The units are of a very high standard and the interiors perfectly match the oak doors I have chosen.  Tony the fitter was excellent too and he also did a fantastic job.  The price of the kitchen was real value for money, which was a pleasant surprise.  I would recommend Mastercraft Kitchens to everyone.  Thank you so much Steve.
